Thanks : ). I've been on Spiro since September 2000. I am on the
higher dose of 200mg / day, I know many Drs. prescribe a much lower
dose.
I am the one who posted what I was eating, we're doing reduced carb with
good success. It's been very easy for us to stick with. We've been
doing the diet since January.
