I get frequent massages, and found a massage therapist that not only
does deep tissue work on my whole body, but is great on the feet! This
has helped my foot pain considerably. .... Also, there are many
excellent stretches and exercises you can do for this foot pain in
addition to ice before bedtime. .... I also wear inserts in my already
comfortable shoes that help support both the heal and the arches. ...
All this was recommended to me by my orthopaedic doctor and a physical
therapist. I am pleased with the improvement.
