I have had it for many years and my sister in law also has it. Hers was diagnosed as heel spurs and she did see a Dr. about it. He tried shoe inserts and then a cast. Neither worked so he said the next thing is surgery. She has a niece that is a massage therapist and she sent her some essential oils and she used them as directed and in 4 wks. she was pain free from the heel spurs. The oils are Cyprus, Wintergreen and Marjoram. You may want to ask a massage therapyst in your town how to use it. Each may have a different dosage of the oils. I am using it now and am experiencing a relief. I use it all over my feet and not just on my heels tho. Peggy
