Is my doctor overreacting?

I am 27 years old and was diagnosed 10 years ago with PCOS. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and have never been happier. My doctor has had me on weekly visits for over a month and sends me for tests at the slightest sign of any change or problem. All tests have been fine except for the except for the positive Group B Srep result. When it was discovered that I was pregnant I was told the hard part part was over. Is it normal for a doctor to be so vigilant because I have PCOS??? Sometimes she has me worrying about nothing.
