I am currently on birth control pills (LO-OVRAL) and have not noticed any changes in hair growth. I do not believe that the bcp can control unwanted hair growth so far as I've read but if it will help then these pills have a bonus that I didn't know about. I have had the same side effects that you have had but they are starting to fade after about 4 months. Other than those minor problems, I have not really had any problems with this pill.
