Ovarian Drilling/ Hysterectomy

As far as I know ovarian drilling is a relatively simple procedure which is performed during laporascopy. If the surgeon is skilled a lot of women experience a reversal of their sympthoms for some years. Even thoug PCOS is not due to a disease in the ovaries the sympthoms may be reversed after this procedure, especially if followed by medication with an insulin sentisizer. If compared to ovarian resection in which part of the ovary is removed or a full hysterectomy the procedure is much simpler and you recover very quickly. Besides if you have a full hysterectomy with removal of the ovaries you will have to eat various hormones as they produce a lot of (necessary) hormones. This is what I have learned and am considering to have myself.
