Hi, I believe surgery can be done to remove the cysts, but it's fairly pointless as it doesn't DO anything. You feel the same and the cysts build right back up. There is a technique called a wedge resection (I think?) that can be performed if you are trying to conceive. It makes it easier for the next few months for your eggs to 'break through' and possibly end in pregnancy.
