You could have cushings and have cysts on your ovaries. Just because you have cystic ovaries you do not necessarily have PCOS (the syndrome.) I am not sure if both cushings and PCOS can be present at the same time. Even so, you should get cushings ruled out... Back when I first was getting tested, they made sure I didn't have cushings although I had ovarian cysts.
