It was so excruciating that I buckled to the floor in pain and couldn't stand nor sit. It was almost like cramps but a lot worse. I could feel the pain from my cervix and almost like it swelled towards my rectum. There was no blood anywhere and it lasted for about an hour and I am still feeling achy today. This is the second occurrence. I don't know what this could be the symptoms of. I recently had a pap smear and the results were normal. I practice safe sex but I also take an HIV test along with other VD tests every year and everything came back normal. Are these popular symptoms for a disease of some sort?
