Heres what I got:

TSH, 3rd generation: 1.920/mcIU/mL ( thyroid thing?)

DHEA, serum: 945 H ng/dl

Testosterone, serum: 68 ng/dL

Prolactin: 41.8 ng/mL

Insulin, Free: 7.5 mcU/ml

Insulin, Total: 12.2 mcU/ml

Glucose, PLasma: 96 mg/dl ------

The DHEA and Prolactin ares the ones highlighted as off the charts. Everything else falls in range.

So what does that mean?

Im on no medications, have several symptoms of PCOS (weight, hair, irregular periods, some acne)

Confused! Any insight here appreciated.

Btw, I have a referal from my doctor to an Endo, and I also went out on my own and got an appt with a PCOS Specialist at our local univeristy. (big teaching hospital) but thats not till *august*.

Thanks! -Mary
