Oh, and from the medical studies I read, cyprocetone acetate is more effective than Spironolactone in treating virilizing PCOS, but I don't know which medicine has the worst side effects. My doctor told me that Diane-35 is not ADA approved for financial reasons (maybe because it's more expensive than most pills), and not because of safety concerns.
