I have had an ovary removed when I was 11, but have always had fairly regular periods. By that I mean that I have about 12 a year, but they don't always come at the time they are supposed to. Other than that I have the same symptoms, weight gain etc. I am now on the pill, and it helps a lot with regularity and stuff. Good luck with your babies and things.
