I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS and I have had regular periods since I went off the Pill in July, 1999. I had heard of PCOS but was sure that I didn't have it because my periods were so regular. I haven't missed a period or been late by even one day since I went off the Pill. But, I do have the weight gain, excess hair above lip and chin, cystic acne, and probably just about all the other symptoms too. I was shocked to find out that I had PCOS because I just figured that since my periods were so regular that it just couldn't be PCOS. Well, I was wrong. I go to a PCOS doctor next Tuesday so I will be able to give you more insight then.
