Some more (most of these are from PCOS: The Hidden Epidemic) I had a doctor (fertility specialist) tell me once that an enlarged clitoris is also often present in PCOS. This is due to elevated testosterone. Not having seen anyone else's, I'm not sure how one would know... I guess you'd have to take your doctor's word for it. Dry mouth is also common with some PCOSers. This can lead to tooth decay... Increased rate of miscarriage Infertility Heavy bleeding/painful periods skin tags dandruff (high male hormones can cause) migraines gallbladder disease (high incidence for PCOSers) high blood pressure (hypertension) You also should include symptoms/signs that are not visible to the naked eye like the ovarian cysts, tendency to diabetes
