Wow. I guess ichthyosis really is a side effect of PCOS. Will the symptoms ever stop?! Anyway, Amlactin comes in a cream or lotion form. It is over the counter, however, pharmacists usually keep it BEHIND the counter. You just have to ask them if they have it back there. No prescription necessary.
