Hi everyone, this is quite a personal question I suppose, but if anyone will answer me, I'd be very grateful. How serious is anyones excess hair? And how often do you have to remove it? I have it really bad (and I mean REALLY bad) and was wondering how severe it usually is with pcos. I know it varies, but I have hair to rival my Dad's. I'm only 18, and am having to use a men's depilatory cream to remove it - and I have to leave that on for double the suggested time. The women's creams don't work anymore, and I don't want to have to start shaving. I really don't know what to do anymore. I tried BCP's, they had no effect. Metformin made me ill, cyproterone acetate did nothing, so I really don't know where to go from here. My endo is testing me for adrenal gland problems as my symptoms are so severe, and have worsened so quickly. No one seems to understand what I'm going through, but it's wrecking my life. Any suggestions, please!!!!
