I am new to this site and also new to pcos as i was also diagnosed a year ago. I don't know how old you are but I have had regular periods up till last year when I turned 30.. and I have only missed probably 3 periods since then! I have innapropriate hair growth, cysts, wieght gain and I don't ovulate every month! I was fortunate to have had my son and now am trying for another! I went on a real health kick about a year before I had my son and lost alot of wieght and then i got pregnant. My doctor told me my weight loss was the reason for having him!! Unfortunately i gained most of my weight back and now i feel like i will never get it of again!! It is so hard! It is normal to have regular periods with pcos. Well I hope you find out more info on this site as i myself have been searching for answers!
