I am new to the site and would like to say hi to all. I was diagonosed with PCOS in 1995, after being misdiagonosed by 2 different doctors. Your story sounds a lot like me. In October of last year I was diagnosed with moderate dysplasia. I had laser surgery with only a local. The worst part of the whole thing for me was the lidocaine injection and when the medication wore off and I had some cramping. I went in for my follow-up last week and everything is fine. If this the same type of surgery you are having, it is not as bad as it sounds. Good luck.
