How odd this came up. Last week I had a simular experience. I was picking up a refill on my Glucophage when a lady who must have been in her late 50's-early 60's says "isn't that for them fat people you know them diabetics". Maybe I was in a bad mood from being sick with the flu for a good two weeks but I turned to her and said "well if you must know I am diabetic and we are all fat and lazy you know". Of course I was being sarcastic but in a way I did feel a bit bad afterwards.

Some people just don't know when to mind their business and have no tact.
