My legs get quite dry, flaky and bump filled when I ignore them for a while. What I do is everytime I shower I exfoliate my legs. I bought a pair of shower gloves at Walmart and they work great and use them with normal shower gel (nothing special). Make sure to use moisturizer everytime you get out of the shower.

About once every two weeks or so I apply Neutrogena sesame seed oil to my legs. I leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and then shower. I find this to work well for those days that you need to show your legs.

I am sorry but I am unaware of any supplements (I am a dummy when it comes to things like that)

Take care
