Kallie,
A couple of weeks ago, beth posted what she was doing in loads of messages
between her and Paula. I was nosey, and read them (I have every message sent
to my email address). I have been doing it for just over a week now. I have
allowed myself one day a week where I can be naughty, but I am very strict
on it 6 out of the 7 days, that way it will still fit in with our lifestyle.
(Also, because I was a bit naughty, I am more determined that I will be good
for the next 6 days.) Doing this I know I'll have spikes, but I also know
that I will be more likely to stick to it, and that in time how naughty I am
on my day off will subside. (Last time I tried a similar diet I went off
sweets and crisps - my downfall - completly!!!!! It was just laziness in a
new relationship - ie rushing to get ready to go out with him, that made me
turn back to my bad habits. Still we did end up married - ahhhhhhh!)
Keep trying
Cathy
:-)
