My husband also has a low sperm count. We did IUI and the process they
used in the lab (they called it washing the sperm) increased the sperms
mobility. My OB/GYN thought his low sperm count was a big deal, but
when we moved on to a fertility specialist, they didn't think it was too
much of a problem. Good luck. I know how you feel.
