How do you lower testosterone?

I know it can be masked with Spiro, masked/temporarily lowered with bcp's... is there any way to REALLY lower it? Losing weight and low carbing work great for IR but not hormones, at least not for me. Since I have my IR under control I have no desire to take Glucophage, Avandia or anything similar.

I am doing great managing my IR. I've lost 20 pounds and I feel great. I just wish that I could get my testosterone in check now. There are drugs to raise it, why now lower it?? It just seems like there should be a way to do it...

I plan on talking to my Endo at the end of the month about it but would appreciate any suggestions to take back to him.
