I am not very familiar with Michigan, but in Portage, IN there is a wonderful doctor who is pretty open. His name is Dr. Leonard Ostrowski. I went to him for years and was never properly diagnosed. Now that I am my family, who still go to him, informed him of what I have. he sadly agreed and stated that the information was just not there 10 years ago. he has now educated himself. Good luck
