Re: Laser Hair Removal and Vaniqa creamFrom: Dona (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 8 Mar 2001 20:05:44 -0600 (CST)
Hi..it is called a the Lyra laser and it is not considered perminant. The reason why I chose Lyra laser is because I had done eletrolosis years ago and it was a long and painful proceedure for me and I am a whimp!!!The laser was Fast and is just as effective for some woman as electolosis. There is no perminant hair removal treatment that I know of. so I was just looking for as close to perminant or the longest lasting treatment available. I am hoping Laser in combination with keeping my insullin and hormone levels in check and Applying Vaniqa will do the job. Also be aware that if you are fair skinned and fair haired (blond) or if you are dark skinned and dark haired that the laser will probably not work for you. The best canidates for laser are fair skinned with dark hair. >Hi Dona, > >What kind of laser is it?
