Dateline NBC on Tuesday - it upset me

The way NBC advertised for Dateline made me believe that they had a story about a guy with an unbelievable condition that turned him into a woman. I don't want to seem insensitive to someone else's problems, but the show ended up being about a guy who was impotent! His pitutiary gland produced a lot of prolactine, and that stopped his male function. The guy had a normal male appearance, though, also he claimed he used to feel fat, with less body muscle that he wanted. For 15 years he didn't even mention his sympthoms to a dr. and when the problem was discovered, it was easily corrected. Why am I so upset? What about us??? I have hair all over, elevated male hormones, no sexual desire, and on top of all that my ovaries may loose their function. Many doctors are not even able to diagnose PCO. I am experiencing the reversed problems of the impotent guy (and they are a lot worse). Why don't they make a show about someone like me???
