There is one aspect of the book that is not included that you may want to keep in mind. Change creates in us an uneasy feeling and causes people to act in uncomfortable ways in order to form habits to adapt. If you can create a reason for yourself to loose weight that iinspires you to live a lifestyle that is worth it, you may find that the information/knowledge in the book is useful.

However, no matter what book you look into or read, no matter what pill or potion you take or seminar and training you attend, if your committment to living a life worth something is not present, then niether is your personal committment to loose the weight. The cost of being where you are now must not outweigh your actions. Funny thing, you say "yeah but I don't WANT to be fat." It doesn't really change things does it? What you want that is.

You need to reflect back on some of the committments you have made in your life. Perhaps you are married or have children. What have been your formulas for success of being committed to these things? Chances are that you have made you life about maintaining these committments and have done whatever has been necessary to protect and keep these at the forefront. It will take this similiar committment to yourself for the book to work...and that goes for any other knowledge about losing weight that you may come accross. Once you have the desire the tool can help you get there.

What good is a hammer if there is no house to build?

Hope this inspires you in some way! >--
