Hi everybody, I am not getting any help from my GP so I called my GYN who did my hysterectomy yrs ago & tried to explain I still have the symptoms of PCOS even though my ovaries are gone and all of my bloodwork keeps coming back "in the normal range". He was ACTUALLY interested in what I had to say, and is willing to read anything I bring him from this website. The problem--I can't find ANY info on this site or others devoted to menopausal women with PCOS. Can anybody help? My appt is March 16th, so I have a little time to research. If anybody knows of any websites or where on this website I can find how PCOS still affects the body even without ovaries I would be forever in debt to you. He said he knows that PCOS is a systemic problem that does not just affect the ovaries, but he is not sure about it after menopause. I need to convince him and show him proof of articles and stuff like that. Please e-mail me personally if you want. lexie248@aol.com Thanks so very much, Annie
