You have really made me stop and think. All these times that I have tried the diets I consistantly still consumed high volumes of diet pepsi - or diet coke. The first time I tried it with Atkins I did switch to caffiene free as I think it required. But this last diet - my Endo said I could drink all the diet soda I wanted - and all the tea with equal too. I can't beleive that could be the ingredient that is standing in my way. I hate seltzer ironically enough so that is out. It has been so long that I honestly can't imagine life without diet cola.
