Hi Dona, I don't know if this will help... but I have always been a big soda fan. I was going crazy trying everything to give it up. I was going thru the store one day looking at soda and trying not to buy... when I thought I have to have something fizzy! But was on a diet and couldn't have sugar (and nutra-sweet is like poison to me! I feel like I'm having a stroke if I drink it!) Anyway. I saw seltzer water. I bought it and got it very cold in my freezer and squeezed some lime into my glass and put ice in my glass and I tell you it tasted like sprite. (Not right at first but, after a few sips I loved it... and now I can't stand the sweet taste of soda. And Seltzer seemed to help me kick the soda habit... And kick the craving for soda ..now I like water best... I still have to put ice cubes in to keep it really cold... but I'm from Florida and we like our drinks really cold.. Just wanted to give you a different idea... to try. Thanks Tj At Wed, 28 Feb 2001, Dona wrote: >
