Hi Lisa,

One reason that I resorted to prenatal vitamins is b/c I've always wanted to take them, but the ultimate reason that I am on prenatal vitamins instead of regular multi-vitamins is b/c I found that I didn't have good success on regular multi-vitamins and that's with having followed the instructions like it says.

Since being on the prenatal vitamins I've also seen some benefits for my hair and nails. Why I always wanted to take prenatal vitamins I'm not sure but was always afraid to b/c of the fact that I thought one could get it by a prescription only.

But then a friend of mine told me that taking prenatal vitamins would help my hair grow faster (and it has). But the other benefit that I've had since being on the prenatal vitamin is that my hair looks healthier in part b/c of the shine that I get.

And the final thing is that I also have healthy and stronger nails.

I hope that this is of some help to you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
