jodi -

there is so much info that is confusing me. And i felt sick this morning because my dr raised my glucphage starting today (which is even a strike against the veagn thing -- but i doubt i will find vegan prescriptions -- haha) I posted something on a veganism board on the vegsource website -- and someone responded who is vegan and who has successfully treated her pcos being vegan. I just emailed her and cannot wait to hear what she might say. And to think i thought my food world was confused enough when i was actively bulimic -- haha -- oh well.... hope you are hanging in there. Keep me posted on what you find out in your searches and i will do the same.
