Hi Jodi, I agree with you! I used to drink 2-4 litres per day of an orange drink with the sweetener aspartame (nutrasweet) in it. I did this for years. When I stopped drinking it because I found out that aspartame is bad for you I felt much better. I used to be very tired all the time and have a very low body temp but that has gone completely now! I've also lost 8lbs without really trying, and nasty hair growth has slowed down! Hurray! I believe it is the sweetener in these drinks thats the problem, because the drink I had didn't contain caffeine. Aspartame also messes up your serotonin levels so makes you crave carbos, yikes! Oh, I never had an eating disorder though, just a drink guzzling disorder :o) Take care, Cath
