I found some protein bars called Carb Solutions that are pretty good for breakfast when there really isn't much time. I've been experimenting this week and that brand tastes better than Atkins brand.

I do eat fish, so that is my godsend, but I have been pretty good so far, I try not to eat potato and pasta , and I have never been one for rice). Our lifestyle is pretty hectic and irratic, so I really liked the diet that Beth and Paula were talking about.

I have also applied for a little part time job for a couple of months, that will mean I will have to do a lot of walking, and I am going to sort out a regime so I get on my exercise bike more than once a week! (We decorated the room it is in this week, so it is a lot nicer to be in here now than before).
>Anyway, don't beat yourself up. Try a variation on the diet, that YOU feel comfy with, and that you will stick to - that is what I am going to do, otherwise, within a week, I'll have given up, and I really want this to work.
