That is the best way I dealt with my dirty little diet coke habit. I used to drink 6 cans a day. I had the worst headache of my life for about 3 days - and I was a big crabby grump, but after that I was ok. I still crave it though even after 1 year - sometimes I see a diet coke semi on the road and I want to crash into it so I can just lick what spills on the ground. And my mouth waters uncontrollably when I hear the sound of someone opening a can. Will that part ever go away??
