>My dad mentioned to me that he is reading the Syndrome X book and it warns agains drinking diet sodas because nutra sweet is a mirror image to sugar in your body and can cause IR to worsen????had anyone else heard of this?? I'm going to have to barrow this book from him when he is done!!
