I hardly know where to start it's been such a long and frustrating 5 months. It's been a while since I posted anything here but I try to read the forum as often as I can. I am 33 am still trying ttc. My husband and I had tried when I was 22 byt gave up after a miscarriage and just decided to try again last year. I went to a Reproductive Edo. in KC and he put me on glucophage 3 times a day and wanted me to be on it a while before trying it with clomid. I have had very bad side effects with glucophage just like most everyone else. I had a wellness test done in Jan for work and found that my tryglycerides and cholestral were too high and and so the repro edo in KC put a hold on ttc with clomid . The medical doc I am seeing for the high tryg and choles. also prescribed meridia and lipitor for me hoping to help with the weight also. I am at 230 right now but was at 250. 2 weeks ago I had blood work redone and it came back really good and was back to almost normal. So the reprod edo in KC said we could try to proceed with the clomid soon. Then last week I got a very bad Urinary Tract Infection and had to go back to the doc. The doc is very concerned and thinks I might have some kidney damage . So next week I have to go back for a 24 hour test to be done for that. I feel that its all been just a dream to get pregnant now. I was so opitmistic that it would happen and now I feel it will never happen. We want so badly to concieve and I feel this is my last chance at it. Is there anyone else out there that is having these ups and downs and any success stories after feeling there is no hope. If so please email me at bsweety33@hotmail.com. I need some insperation right now to keep going !!! thank you so very much J Sweet
