What is up with the 'new' point system? I went last year at an 'at work' program. At the end of the session they came out with a 'new' point system. Can you let me in on the secret? I agree that WW can work, if you spend your points on low carb or at least low glycemic foods. Problem is proteins and fats cost so many points!! Thanks!
