I, like you, have tried the low carb diet, infact my husband and I both tried it and he ended up losing 35 pounds or so and I maybe 5-10 pounds in the one FULL year we were on it! Very frustrating and even gained MORE back since I had stopped the diet. I have been on Weight Watchers since mid January and have lost 14 lbs already. Somehow I just think the point system is much better than the no carbs, but maybe everyone's body is different! You just feel like you are NOT on a real diet and can avoid excess carbs if you want!
