woo hoo!!!! thanks paula. that STILL doesn't mean i am going to give up veggie, but as i have said before... i would like to aim for a semi-vegetarian way of life (i actually ENJOY tofu and such...)

that helps a lot, to know the hormones in chicken won't affect my PCOS.
