Kallie DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE. You have not failed, once in a fortnight is fantastic. The first two months of a new diet are the worst. Especially if you are doing something different for dh for tea. I am going to try to cut out carbs during evening meals and snacks as much as poss. I can't be like the others who are veggie and give it up. NO WAY. I do eat fish, so that is my godsend, but I have been pretty good so far, I try not to eat potato and pasta , and I have never been one for rice). Our lifestyle is pretty hectic and irratic, so I really liked the diet that Beth and Paula were talking about. I must try and force my self to eat breakfast, and that will be the hardest part for me. I have also applied for a little part time job for a couple of months, that will mean I will have to do a lot of walking, and I am going to sort out a regime so I get on my exercise bike more than once a week! (We decorated the room it is in this week, so it is a lot nicer to be in here now than before). Anyway, don't beat yourself up. Try a variation on the diet, that YOU feel comfy with, and that you will stick to - that is what I am going to do, otherwise, within a week, I'll have given up, and I really want this to work. ------------------------------------------------------------ Free Web Email & Filter Enhancements. ------------------------------------------------------------ http://www.freewebemail.com/filtertools/ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------
