Hi Lisa,
I have had excellent results with Spiro. I'm on 200mg a day and have no
acne (unless I take something that causes the Spiro to be less effective
then I get a few zits), and little hair loss. I have also been able to
lose weight between that and a slight diet change for the first time in
quite a while.
