IN the 600s I definitely would have gone diabetic if I hadnt lost. I am quite afraid of diabetes and anything I can do to help it I am all for. Ive am so afraid of diabetes I dont eat any sweets at all. I have given up all high carbo food but pasta. Hopefully I can steer my body the oppposite fashion!

Do you need a prescription to get one? I think i wouldnt mind buying
one. I think if I asssessed my eating that closely I could help myself
quite a bit!

it in the bud.
> My doctor I guess is pretty smart because he just gave me XR in the prescription...thank goodness and reminded me to eat with the dose. I like him! I dont want to move and ever look for another doctor, Ill tell you that much! I am glad I was given XR!:)
-->Been on Aldactone and some form of insulin sensitizer (glucophage,
>actos, glucophage xr) continuously since late '98. No problems
