Hi,

In addition to the spironolactone (at 50 mgs) I take prenatal vitamins. Since being on the prenatal vitamins (almost 1 year now) I've had good success. I started taking the prenatal vitamins two weeks before I started the spiro. I think that in my case the spiro is backing up the prenatal vitamins at stopping all of my acne.

I get my prenatal vitamins over the counter from Wal-Mart. My dr knows that I'm doing this and she said it was ok for me to do.

I wish you all of the best with finding an effective treatment for your acne.
