Hi,
After 3 courses of Accutane in the past 10 years, my derm. is
suggesting spironolactone to combat my moderate, but persistent cystic
acne. May I ask you what dose you found to be effective? He wants to
start me on 50 mg and I am currently taking bcp (ortho tri-cyclen).
For the first time in a long time I'm beginning to feel optimistic about
a treatment for acne...
