Yes, exhaustion is a symptom of PCOS. Sometimes it is linked to depression and/or Insulin Resistance. I know that once I went on a lower carb diet I was MUCH less tired. In the days when I ate unrestricted carbs, I would go home for lunch and take a nap, most days have a "nap" for about 3-4 hours in the evening and then manage to get to bed by 1. Even doing that, I found getting up in the morning really difficult. I now have lots more energy , don't nap at lunch time and have cut down on the evening napping so I sleep about 8 hours total. You might want to try watching your carb intake and cutting out refined carbs.
