Sex Hurts! Exercise Hurts! Picking up a child from any level Hurts! It's gotten worse and worse and I don't know what to do about it. Sometimes the pain is there all of the time, not just during or after, but all day long, sometimes all week long. I thought it was just a period getting ready to start, but nothing. It seems to flare up really bad during sex or any exercise. My Dr doesn't know why either. The pain isn't just in one spot every time, so I really don't know what it is. What is it? Am I falling apart? Is there anything I can do? Any help? Thanks!
