-- I would love to have your energy. You sound like the old me. I used to fold and color code my panties, etc. I have started feeling a little better lately. I just started on the met about a week ago. I have been exercising for almost two months. I walk 2 or more miles almost every day, and do aerobics two times a week. I also walk with the children around the block, but not sure how far. I was really depressed because I was going to walk and excercise everyday, and several days of the week I was going twice a day. I finally slowed down to once a day. I was not losing anything! I went from doing nothing to two times a day! I have also started weight watchers three weeks ago. I didn't mention that I talked my husband, brother and his family, best friend and neighbor into joining the YMCA. All of them lost much more weight than me. My husband lost over 20 pounds, my bother 17, my sister in law 18, etc. I am proud to say that I have lost 8 whole pounds! I have decided that I am not going to base my weight loss on anyone else. Even though weight is slow coming off, it is finally coming off! I do feel much better. I was having trouble getting out of bed, sleeping and just generally getting things done. I went from totally organzied to totally unorganized, but I am working on it. My husband came home from the gym yesterday and I had cleaned out the bathroom (with my 1 and 3 year old boys here), cooked supper, bathed the boys, and cleaned the house. He was totally impressed! I am glad to hear you are doing to well. It gives me the determination to keep on walking, and try to keep on cleaning!!!
