I know exactly what you mean. I have tweezers in all three bathrooms, my car, my purse, etc. I go from bathroom to bathroom to pluck my neck. My 3-year old son even tries to pluck his hairs because he has watched me so much. It is an obsession! I just went to the beauty supply shop and bought 5 pairs of tweezers. I throw mine out every so often because they stop working. I cannot stand the hair on my chin. It is worse than my mustache. I get waxed once a month, and tweeze every day, several times a day. The girl that does my waxing thinks I am a little crazy. I make her wax my chin, neck and sides of face. She doesn't think it is as bad as I do, but it is.. If I didn't pluck daily, I would go crazy!
