I did not put up the recipe, but I have done something similar and I used standard vanilla extract that you can get at a grocery store. This is just to add a vanilla flavor to the cheesecake. I have also used other flavored extracts (no sugar added).

Splenda you can get in the US at some stores, but you may not have it in store there. You can get splenda online at http://www.splenda.com. Slenda is not a sugar substitute and it does not contain aspartame. I recommend you read the website as they can give you better information.
